CNC system of DAC310 for shearing machine
The special CNC system of DAC-310 shearing machine has a compact structure, which provides a complete solution for the control of shearing stroke, back gauge stroke and blade gap of the shearing machine. The back gauge servo motor control. According to different occasions, the back gauge can eliminate the unidirectional or bidirectional positioning of the clearance between rolling screw rods.
It can be set to automatically search for the reference point of back gauge blocking or to remember the position of back gauge blocking when power is off.
Manually control the back gauge is available. LCD HD display, easy to program. The programmed value and the actual position value of the back gauge are displayed synchronously. Each program step provides repeated counting, material escape distance, work step link and other settings.
