Application
Rolling machine is used for rolling the plate into round, arc and cone shape. Can pre-bending, with high rolling precision, no need use any subsidiary equipment, less investment.
Machine widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, cement, boiler, shipbuilding, aviation, water conservancy, power transmission towers and other machinery and equipment. With simple stable and safe structure, easy operate and seldom broken.
Technical Performance
The machine adopts the Japanese technology, passed the EU CE certification and ISO quality system certification
1. Its working principle is rotating bending deformation.
2. With the pre-bending capacity, improve working efficiency.
3. Control by PLC, high degree of automation, easy in operation.
4. The machine works by top roller and two bottom rollers. The top roller can move vertically as well as horizontally, high precision, easy for plate feeding and convenient for rolling.
5. When machine is rolling plate into cone, it can roll one-third thickness compared with that of rolling round.
6. All rollers with hardened treatment.
