Performance and features:

       The 2-WE67K Tandem press brake adopts the Double or multi machine synchronous working principle.  Adopt the electro-hydraulic proportional valve servo synchronization of Bosch company, with excellent performance, small friction force in mechanical action, electronic amplifier and electric magnet have high-efficiency control force and continuous reaction force. There are two raster displays on both sides of the machine, which constantly check the position of the slider and feed back the information to the control system. Then the control system controls the electro-hydraulic valve to drive the two cylinders to move at the same time. Since the raster display is installed on the "C" plate instead of directly on the column, the deflection of the slider and the frame will not affect the measurement and control accuracy when working. When the two machines work at the same time, the potentiometer installed in the two machines converts the mechanical synchronous signal into the same electronic signal, and feeds back to the synchronous board and the control system. After the signal is amplified by the Bosch amplifier, it is controlled by the electro-hydraulic synchronous valve, so it can achieve high precision. Through the computer, we can communicate with the machine. The computer has many languages, it can calculate and adjust the bending force automatically. At the same time, it can calculate the control stop and speed change point. The stroke number of the slider (Y1, Y2) can be changed according to the user needs. With excellent guide system, position measurement system, hydraulic balance system, to meet different lengths and special needs. Worktable compensation device is used to prevent the influence of machine deflection and ensure the accuracy of workpiece. And The 2-WE67K Tandem press brake also can be named by the tandem press brake( or the tandem bending machine/ tandem press brake 1200 ton/ tandem press brake 800 ton/ tandem press brake 600 ton), the tandem CNC press brake( or the CNC tandem press brake/ CNC tandem bending machine), and the tandem electro-hydraulic servo CNC press brake( or the double linkage press brake/ tandem electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine/ double linkage bending machine).

        The compact DA-52s is a complete CNC solution for conventional as well as synchronised press brakes. The panel based control, capable of controlling up to 4 axes, can be integrated in cabinets as well as in an optional pendulant arm housing. Equipped with the Delem userfriendly user interface, the DA-52s provides all main functionality. The unique ‘hotkey’ navigation gives direct access to the programs in memory and enables quick and easy programming of a product. All common bend parameters are located on one page. For advanced parameters an additional page can be selected. Angle programming of the Y-axis, crowning function and pressure control are standard on board. The DA-58T is a state of the art complete 2D graphical control solution for synchronized  2-WE67K Tandem press brakes. Its 15" high resolution colour TFT, with industrial grade multi touch screen technology, gives access to the proven Delem user-interface. It enables direct navigation between product programming and actual production. Functions are directly located where needed, offering optimised ergonomics throughout the entire application. Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum with a quick and easy program-to-production work sequence. CNC programs are generated with a single touch. You are immediately ready to make the first part since all axes positions are automatically computed and the bend sequence has been simulated with machine and tools in real scale. The DA-58T offers 2D programming including automatic bend sequence calculation and collision detection.         The compact DA-56s provides easy CNC programming with the Delem 2D graphical product design tool. Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum because of the quick and easy to use bend sequence determination tool. The CNC program is generated with a one touch key stroke. You are ready to make the first part since all axes positions are automatically computed and the bend sequence has already been simulated on the screen with the machine and tools in real scale. In the production mode of the DA-56s the operator can graphically simulate the bend process of the product guiding him during the press brake operation.The basic machine control functions are Y1-Y2 and X axis, a second back gauge axis can be used as R/Z or X2 axis.
