Machine structure:

        The YZW-Hydraulic press for door surface can be divided into two types: double acting and single acting. The double acting two worktable work at the same time, with greater pressure; the single acting one worktable. Generally, the double acting is recommended to select double acting hydraulic press above 2600t.

        The press for door surface adopts three horizontal and eight column structure. The three beams are welded with high-quality A3 steel plate, and the stress relief treatment is carried out after welding.

        2. The plunger of the oil cylinder is made of cold hard cast iron, and the outer cylinder is of flange type. Forging technology is adopted to make it more convenient to remove and replace the oil seal of the oil cylinder and ensure the quality.
