Performance features:

The YZW27 Single movement deep drawing hydraulic press is divided into four column structure and frame structure. The four column structure is simple, economical and practical. The frame type pull rod pre tightening structure has good rigidity, four corners and eight sides guide rail, high guiding accuracy and strong anti-eccentric load capacity. The hydraulic control system of the deep drawing hydraulic press, adopts the plug-in valve integrated system, which has reliable operation, long service life, small hydraulic impact, and reduces the connection pipeline and leakage point. And the single action hydraulic press has the imported PLC electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive action, easy maintenance. Both four column and H type deep drawing hydraulic press has two operation modes: adjustment and semi-automatic (semi-automatic can be divided into two processes of fixed range and constant pressure).The bottom beam of the deep drawing press is equipped with a hydraulic cushion. Through the selection of the operation panel, the hydraulic cushion can realize three working cycles: ejection, non-ejection and hydraulic cushion edge pressing. The working pressure of the slide, the travel range of no-load fast down and slow down can be adjusted according to the process needs.
